How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once you've placed an order, just sign in and go to 'My orders' where you'll see all the products you've purchased. Select an item and we'll tell you if your item is in production or it has been dispatched.

If an item has been in the manufacturing or dispatching stage for a while, don’t worry. Some products take a little longer to make and deliver. If you want to know more, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I make sure my new furniture will be delivered at a time when I am at home?

We understand you have a busy life and we’ll work around your schedule to make sure your new furniture is delivered to your home at a time that doesn’t interfere with your diary. Close to the delivery date, our logistics partner will contact you to propose a delivery date and time. Delivery will be arranged at a convenient time when you or other members of your households will be at home to receive the goods. In order to avoid any additional storage charge, we encourage you to schedule your furniture delivery within 48 hours from when you are first contacted by our logistics partner.

What happens if I'm not there when my items are delivered?

If you're not at home at the agreed time, our logistics partner will leave a card with your parcel reference number so you can arrange re-delivery and your item will be returned to their warehouse. Please note that a re-delivery might incur an extra delivery cost.

If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?

It depends. Our furniture is made to order by a number of different manufacturers, so items may arrive at our address at different times. However, whenever possible, our delivery partners may seek to deliver the whole order at once. So if you order a selection of products, the longest delivery time may determine the total delivery time for your order. But if you would prefer for a specific item to be delivered earlier, please contact us at the earliest convenience.

Can I change my delivery address?

Of course! Just contact us and we'll update your details. You can do this at any time up until 48 hours before your furniture is scheduled to be delivered to your address.

It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

Firstly, we apologise. We work hard with our manufacturing partners to reduce lead times. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please contact us and we'll give you the latest info.

What is dispatching time? 

On the product page for each item, you'll see a dispatch estimate, e.g. 4-5 weeks. Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner. You should expect delivery within 2 to 3 weeks after dispatching.
