The LC2 Petit Modele Armchair was originally created in the late 1920s by Charles-Edouard Jeanneret Le Corbusier, one of the most influential architects of the 20th century. This chair is part of the LC line, the first modern furniture collection to take the radical step of reversing the standard structures of chairs and sofas by having frames that are externalized in a way that they become a dramatic and visible aspect of the design. This “inside-out” chair, comprised of a simple tubular steel frame fitted with plump, leather-covered cushions, creates a design sensation that has lasted for more than eight decades – and is still going strong today. Here for you is our meticulous reproduction of Le Corbusier's original design.
Made to the best standards, each chair is upholstered with premium top-grain leather and is available in many colors; we leave up to you to decide your favorite look! The frame is the main feature of the design and is crafted using polished stainless steel for ultimate style, strength and durability. The highest quality multi-density foam is used in the cushions to offer superior comfort.
